The mission of Justice Is Joy is to develop cohesive and restorative communities that basket the value of joy by prioritizing individual identities and perspectives, staff wellness, and approaches that cultivate belonging.
We support this mission by partnering with administrators, teachers and support staff to uncover diverse solutions for:
- Increasing Student Attendance and Engagement
- Creating Restorative Responses for Challenging Behaviors
- Designing Instructional Practices that support all learners

We believe culturally responsive Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) create strengths based educational programs where students thrive, needs are met, and challenges are opportunities to promote healing. The collective impact is not only seen, but felt.
